The Biology Department is well equipped. A computer with an interactive board is available and the Computer Suite can be booked for whole classes if necessary. Practical work plays an important part in lessons: we encourage students to develop their individual skills. There are opportunities outside lessons for the girls. The Imperial College also regularly host lectures and conferences where students can attend in their own time.
Biology is a very popular choice at Advanced Level, over a third of our girls chooses each year.
