This club is open to All Years. However, if it is oversubscribed, priority will be given to those students who have already been identified by teachers as having difficulties in the subjects offered.

WHO RUNS IT?  Seven plus different tutors including:
•    Some IGS staff members, and
•    Ex- Islamia girls now studying at university or beyond with advanced knowledge of the subjects they will be tutoring.

WHEN?  Wednesdays from 3.35pm to 5.15pm  (1 ½ hrs).

WHERE?  Various classrooms

WHAT? Following a very successful time last term, we are pleased to offer this cost effective opportunity for pupils to receive extra tuition and support in subjects they are finding difficult, in order to help them to catch up with others in their class.

Subjects taught:  Arabic; Qur’an; English; Maths & Science

All subject classes run simultaneously.  With prior agreement pupils may move from one subject to another after 45 minutes, if they wish to see two tutors in one session.  There are usually 4 - 6 pupils per tutor.

HOW MANY SESSIONS this term?  9 sessions starting from Wednesday 5th October 2011

HOW MUCH this term?  £40 for all 9 sessions of 1 ½ hrs each (paid in advance).
